Velociraptor is bald!! (sketch)

Here's a pic I just had to make because I remember a scene in The SpongBob Sqaurepants Movie a few year's back wear King Neptune take's off the bag on his head that revel's his bald spot and everyone just freaked out saying "BALD!! BALD!!! BALD!!" and one of them say's "MY EYE"S!!!!" so yeah if you know what I'm talking about you get the idea of this pic and I hope you all enjoy it to P.S. I might finish the pic later but for now it's a sketch just wanted to make that clear but again enjoy.
